We curate based on the hints you give us, so the more you tell us, the better the fit. That said, taste is personal. We can’t guarantee every single item will be a 10/10 — but we promise the box overall will feel thoughtful and intentional.

Ordering & timing
At least 5 days ahead. Hand-curation takes time, and the earlier you order, the better the picks.
We’ll always do our best, but rush orders mean less time to source the rare and personal touches. For The Legend tier, we strongly recommend 7+ days.
Yes — we deliver across India. Express delivery is included in The Legend tier; other tiers ship via standard courier.
Absolutely. You’ll get a tracking link once your box ships.

Personalisation
You give us the occasion, age, and a personality hint (or a few). We use that to build a profile, and then a real human curator hand-picks items to match. No algorithms. No auto-generated baskets.
Yes. From Tier 02 (The Feels) onwards, every box includes a hand-written note. Tier 04 (The Statement) gets you a wax-sealed letter. Just send us the message at checkout.
You can drop hints — favourite colours, dietary needs, things to avoid — and we’ll factor them in. But specific item requests defeat the purpose of a surprise box. If you want a specific gift, a regular store is the better fit.
Adult categories (intimate wellness, adult humour, etc.) are unlocked only after age verification. No workarounds, no exceptions. We take this seriously.
