By placing an order with Heartbox, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. About Heartbox

Heartbox is a curated surprise gift box service operating in India. We hand-curate personalised gift boxes based on the occasion, recipient personality, and budget tier you select. All orders are fulfilled by our team and delivered via courier partners across India.

2. Placing an Order

When you submit an order on our website and complete payment, a binding contract is formed between you and Heartbox. You confirm that all information provided — including recipient details, delivery address, and occasion — is accurate.

We recommend placing orders at least 5 days in advance to allow adequate time for curation and delivery. The Legend tier (₹21,999) requires a minimum of 7 days.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Tier prices are the base price for the gift box only. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is processed.

Payments are securely processed through Razorpay. Heartbox does not store any card or bank account information on our servers.

4. Curation & Contents

Heartbox boxes are surprise boxes. We curate items based on the hints, occasion, and personality profile you provide — but the specific contents are chosen by our team and not disclosed in advance. By placing an order, you accept the surprise-format nature of our service.

We do not accept requests for specific items. You may provide hints and preferences in the special instructions field, and we will consider them in good faith.

5. Age-Restricted Categories

Our Adults Only (18+) category is only available to customers who verify they are 18 years of age or older at the time of ordering. By selecting this category and confirming your age, you represent that you are legally of age in India. Heartbox reserves the right to cancel any order where age verification appears false.

6. Delivery & Timelines

Delivery dates selected at checkout are requested dates and are not guaranteed. Heartbox will make every reasonable effort to deliver by your requested date, but unforeseen courier delays, public holidays, or remote locations may cause delays. Heartbox is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

7. Limitation of Liability

Heartbox's liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from late delivery, damaged goods in transit (beyond our replacement policy), or any other event beyond our direct control.
